Hello and welcome to my Internet Portfolio.  Here you'll find samples of past work when I did more hands-on tarining projects.

Currently, I am much more strategic and do not train or develop training materials,  rather I manage the T&D needs of a business group. 

I'll be honest with you - I struggled with what to call myself here - I really do many things in the training arena.  I finally settled on a tagline my old manager used:  I foster Organizational Effectiveness.

What does that mean?  Well, it means that I support the needs of a business group in whatever way they need me in order to make them more effective.  I work with technical experts to develop technical training and seminars, I bring in industry experts from cutting edge companies such as Microsoft and professors from outstanding Universities such as Standford and Berkeley but I also work with senior mangers and leaders to look at business processes, environment, culture, habits and other situational factors.

And, I continue to explore with creative solutions such as podcastsing, vidcasting and wikis.

I have also thrown a bit of my personal life here for fun, in the spirit of Robert Scoble and Joshua Bancroft, the line between professional interests and personal interests blend together in the technology world and I believe, as they do, that transparency is a good thing. It fosters innovation, networking and global partnerships.
